I'M BACK AND VOGUING!

       So I have been MIA lately, because the whole nature of this blog is changing… I like the changes. Anyho, before I get into my adventure I had recently with My Cat, I want to publish the last blog I was working on. I thought it would be one experience, but it has turned into quite an experience. It is an on-going story that… I don’t want to divulge too much about at this moment. So here is what I started three weeks ago:

       I see handsome guys everywhere! And they see me too. I know this because we stare at each other and then I smile and they smile back… But that’s it! Nothing happens after that, close encounters without any contact. I’ve been thinking that I’m missing something and then…it hit me as I was shopping with Sunny, I’ve come to realize I can be terribly shy. I mean I always knew I was shy, but terribly? No. I discovered just yesterday another side of me.

        You may be aware that I have a little problem dating. I was under the impression it’s because of the city I live in. However, this blog has forced me to pay close attention to myself and I couldn’t help but notice my awkwardness when it comes to meeting and getting to know a stranger. Some of my family and friends have been trying to hook me up with available bachelors, but quite frankly I can barely get beyond the phone stage because… I have nothing to say! I know! Bullshit because any other time I am always talking!

       So Sunny and I decided to do a little shopping after work. We were on our way to one of our favorite store when a handsome soldier caught my eye. He’s cute.” I told her. We looked around the store and then left… “I want to look at that soldier again.” declared Sunny. On our way back I remarked on the color of her hair and how it looks to be a shade of black blue. “What color do you think my hair is?” she suddenly asked the soldier. They started talking while I just stood there grinning shyly. He asked me questions… then he asked for my number. Anyho, now I have a boyfriend. He’s really awesome at this moment. We are in the honeymoon stage, as you know this is the best part! I couldn’t write for a while because I was busy being courted by a gentleman. Ladies romance is still alive, kicking, breathing. I will never settle again… NEVER! 

       Ok so new rule I learned for meeting men… go up and talk to the one you are interested in! Thank you Sunny!
